Below are the general explanations of soap sizes/styles available. The pictures are examples, each soap has its own unique appearance. All styles and options are not available for all soaps, see individual selections for details.
Slab style Full Size Soap Bar (Characteristics- "rough top" approx. 4-5 oz and measuring approx 2.5x3.5x1, top will vary)
Slab style Soap Loaf (approx 3-3.5 lbs) Options Can be cut into: Full Size Bars (Approx 2.5" x 3.5" x 1") or Guest Size Bars (Approx 1.75" x 2.5" x .3")
Block Style "Square" Soap Bar Approx 2.5x2.5x1 (Characteristics- smoother sides, but not refined or beveled, 3-3.5 oz)
Block Style "Square" Soap Loaf (Approx 2.5x2.5x10.5" and approx 2.2-2.5 lbs) Options- Can be cut into full size 1" square bars
NEW Block Style "Rectangle" Soap Loaves: Approx. 2.5"
x 3.25" x 10.5" and approx 3 lbs. Can be cut into approx ten bars.
These are brand new and will become available as created for different
varieties.
"Guest Bars" are also available in that we will cut the loaves for you into guest bars. However, they will not be fully dry, that is up to you to allow them to dry (usually a couple days, depending on a variety of factors) but you can save a lot of time and money. Because we sell Guest bars in loaf quantities only, we will include any extra trimmings so you can give them as samples or use them yourself, your choice. Soap loaves can be also be cut into full size bars, but the soap loaves cut into full size bars will be cut fresh, like the others, and need to be dried. If you do not want to wait for soap to dry or "get your hands dirty" with cutting, wrapping or any of these other things, we recommend buying full size soap bars fully wrapped.
