Note: We only ship to USA addresses, which includes areas considered "US territories" (Priority Mail Deliverable). Some products like Liquid Soap, bulky empty bottles and similar may not be able to ship outside the 48 mainland states at a reasonable cost. Please contact us before ordering these items if you this applies to you or you can take the risk of ordering and we will refund what is not shippable to your area.

BIODEGRADABLE PACKAGING: We are currently using "starch peanuts" as filling material which literally melt when exposed to water.  We do receive some "traditional packaging" from our suppliers which we reuse so please do not assume that all the packaging will be biodegradable/compost able.  To test if your peanuts can be composted, simply place one under running water and roll it arround in your hand... if it is gone, you have the starch peanuts, if not, you have traditional peanuts.  Cardboard boxes, of course, can be composted or recycled with various processes including reuse (which is the best way to recycle when possible).

Shipping times vary:  Actual shipping times depend on the size of your order, carrier times, demand for product and a variety of other factors. However, we will make every attempt to fill your order in the time estimated next to the shipping option you choose. Additionally, we will contact you if we are unable to fill the order in this time frame.

Fedex Ground:  A preferred carrier, Fedex has better tracking and lower costs than priority mail in general.  Fedex Home delivery does not require a signature by default, so if delivering to a home address and you need a signature please make a note at checkout. Commercial Delivery will require a signature by default.  A tracking number will be emailed to you via Fedex so you can have real time tracking or you can track on the website.

Often it will be the fastest/best value to ship via priority mail to AK,HI, PR, or APO. With priority mail, Real Time Tracking is not available, but you will receive a "delivery confirmation number" to check on the general status.
